See It Smash It, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ProSight Vision Training mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We collect information in the following categories:

a. Information You Provide: Athlete or user first name (or nickname); birth month and year (age verification and training calibration); sport selection and training preferences; account credentials provided through third-party authentication providers; email address (used for account creation and login); communications sent to us (e.g., support emails). We do not require users to submit medical records, diagnoses, or clinical vision data.

b. Automatically Collected Information: When you use the Service, we may automatically collect: device type, operating system, and app version; usage data such as session duration, screens viewed, and feature interaction; performance data related to in-app training drills; crash reports and error logs. This information is used to improve performance, stability, and user experience.

c. Subscription and Payment Information: All subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store full payment card details. Subscription status, entitlement information, and transaction metadata are managed through third-party subscription platforms.

d. Referral and Affiliate Attribution: If you access ProSight through an affiliate link, referral code, or promotional campaign, we collect a non-personal device identifier and the referral source to attribute your installation and subscription to the referring partner. This information is used solely to calculate commissions owed to referral partners. No personal information (name, email, or account details) is shared with referral partners — they receive only aggregated, anonymized sales data. This attribution data is processed by Insert Affiliate (insertaffiliate.com), our affiliate tracking partner.

We use collected information to: provide and operate the Service; personalize training experiences; manage subscriptions and access; improve app functionality and stability; monitor usage trends and performance; respond to user inquiries and support requests; enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service, including: authentication providers (for account creation and login); subscription and paywall platforms (to manage purchases and entitlements); analytics and crash reporting tools (to monitor app performance and errors).

These providers process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect user information in accordance with applicable laws.

We may share information: with service providers who support app functionality; when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service; in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or asset sale.

We do not share personal information for third-party advertising purposes.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may delete their account and associated data directly within the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us at the email listed in Section 11.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access personal information we hold about you; request correction or deletion of personal information; withdraw consent where applicable.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
